I’m not sure which fastener to choose.

Each fastener is specifically designed for a different anchoring system and completely adapted to the way it will be used. That’s why we recommend reading all the information on our different products and understanding how you will use your net and in combination with what type of structure (supporting frame) to choose the most appropriate fastener for you. If you have any doubts, drop us an email or give us a call.

How much space should I leave between each fastener?

Generally, you will need a minimum of 150 mm/15 cm between fasteners for a catamaran. For extra reinforcement and security, we recommend a spacing of 120 mm/12 cm to slightly increase the number of fasteners around the edge of the space, as this will ensure a better spread of the net’s load and reduce the stress on each fastener.

Is it difficult to install fasteners?

Positioning your fasteners is relatively straightforward, but can be slightly time-consuming. That’s why we recommend preparing properly in advance and leaving yourself enough time to set everything up. Remember to refer to the product data sheet and installation manual, and to use a high-quality power drill with two batteries. You can also save time by creating a wooden or cardboard template to quickly position the fasteners at the correct spacing and height.

How long will my fasteners last?

Our LOFTNETS A4 stainless steel fasteners are highly resistant to load-bearing and outdoor weather conditions. They will have a very long lifespan. Check each fastener every year to ensure they are properly fixed to the hanging structure.

Do I have to buy my fasteners from LOFTNETS?

Fasteners are available from other suppliers, but it is important to check a number of points such as warranties and security protocols. We have selected the best fasteners based on the various uses and attachments for nets, both indoors and outdoors, and ensure they are equipped with the most suitable surface treatments. Each eye plate, eye screw, shackle, screw, and turnbuckle has undergone resistance testing and strict quality controls. Our stock is fully available and up-to-date, and we are able to quickly deliver our orders to anywhere in the world.

Highly durable fasteners for home nets

Fasteners help keep your horizontal or vertical (guardrail-style) nets in place. LOFTNETS offers a range of fasteners suitable for different uses, locations, and structures, both indoors and outdoors.

Safety is a top priority for LOFTNETS. All our fasteners are made from highly durable materials and undergo a rigorous testing process approved by a certified and independent inspection body. To give you an idea of their resistance, the maximum load for most of our horizontal nets fasteners is 225 kg /fastener. For an anchor plate for wood, the maximum load is 500 kg /fastener.

Their stainless steel construction means humidity, corrosion, and frost pose no risk. They are also able to withstand extreme weather conditions, even after prolonged use.

Very solid materials such as concrete may require special or additional accessories, such as wall plugs (available on our site).

Available in all shapes and sizes, LOFTNETS nets are custom-made to meet every inch of your design needs. This means the number of fasteners you need for your indoor or outdoor home net will vary. This is why we sell all our parts by the unit. Eye plates (or blocker eye plates, anchor plate for wood or jumper shackles) can be purchased with or without screws.

Our online configurator tool will automatically calculate the number of fasteners you need based on the dimensions you enter for your structure (Step 3 "Void to fill"). You can also manually adjust the number of units you would like to purchase in the online form. The price will be updated automatically.

If you have a structure whose sides are made from different materials, you will need to select all the materials in the form, then manually adjust the quantity of fasteners you need.
