Which carrier should I choose to be sure to receive my order?

The list of carriers according to country is updated in real time when you place your order. Please be aware that transport conditions remain very strict during this second phase of deconfinement: make sure that you are present to receive your order on the date and time of the pre-arranged delivery. Otherwise, the carrier will need to return your order to us as quickly as possible so as not to have a surplus of merchandise to deliver.


How long will it take to manufacture my net?

Given these exceptional circumstances, our manufacturing times might be slightly impacted due to the large number of orders we have received recently and the sanitary protocol measures currently in place.

We therefore estimate a delay of between 3 and 4 weeks to manufacture your catamaran or home net. We are currently doing our best to shorten these delays.

What about delivery times?

We are still shipping your orders via our available carriers (Mondial Relay, Colissimo, Chronopost).

The average delivery time is between 2 and 5 business days, but there are currently slight delays due to the pandemic given the fact that the carriers are currently handling a very large number of packages.
