Can I still place an order with Loftnets?

Absolutely. Our team is entirely at your disposal to assist you in placing your online orders. Your orders will then be processed as quickly as possible.


When will I receive my order?

Given the exceptional global situation, manufacturing and delivery times have been impacted. At this time, we think that there will be an additional delivery delay of between 2 and 4 weeks before you receive your home or catamaran net. We are doing our utmost to guarantee you optimal delivery times, which may be modified as the situation evolves.


My order is said to be in transit, and should be delivered to a Mondial Relay delivery drop point. What will happen then?

Following the statements issued by the French government, Mondial Relay stopped all deliveries as of Tuesday, March 17.
If your package has already been delivered to this point, Mondial Relay will keep it safely in storage until it can resume its deliveries.

For those orders that have not yet been shipped via Mondial Relay, LoftNets will send these shipments via SO Colissimo to your receiving address at no extra charge to you, so that you may receive your order as quickly as possible.
