Shipping times

Design and manufacturing times may vary depending on the product ordered and the time of year (school holidays and bank holidays).
Standard manufacturing times are usually 15 working days (summer season and end of year holidays excluded). These times are indicative and non-contractual.

Once your order is received in our logistics warehouse, it is shipped within 48 hours.

Once your order has shipped, you may track it with your account number on our website.

As a general rule, delivery times are between 2 and 3 days, depending on the carrier chosen at the time of your order and your destination country.

By creating a customer account on our site, and a shipping address, the shipping fees are calculated according to the destination.

Shipping modes

Your order will be shipped to you:

In mainland France you may choose delivery to a Mondial Relay, by Colissimo to your destination or post office, or Chronopost Saturday.

In Corsica and other coastal islands, you may choose delivery to a Mondial Relay, or by Colissimo to your destination or post office.

In Europe, you may choose between Chronopost or DHL express

In Switzerland, you may choose between Colissimo SOINET or Chronopost Express.

In the rest of the world, you will be delivered by a reliable, recognized regional carrier.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery destination. The following costs are for indicative purposes:

In mainland France:
- Mondial Relay: Free shipping
- Colissimo to destination: 6,99 €
- Chronopost Saturday: 14,99 €

For all other destinations, please create a customer account and register your shipping address for the exact shipping costs to be displayed in your cart.

For international shipping, outside Europe, shipping costs include administrative and customs Export clearance costs.
In fact, you won't need to pay the French VAT, but you will need to pay the customs duty and VAT of your own country upon reception of the merchandise, determined by the customs authorities that authorize the free flow of goods in Switzerland.

Change of shipping address

The shipping address communicated to the carrier is considered final.

A change of address is possible but the extra charges incurred will be billed to the customer.
In fact, changing the shipping address genrally means changing the carrier and therefore additional management fees. These fees charged to the carrier will be billed to you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

Please remember that an address change may delay your delivery by 2 to 3 work days.
