In mainland France you may choose delivery to a Mondial Relay, by Colissimo to your destination or post office, or Chronopost Saturday.
In Corsica and other coastal islands, you may choose delivery to a Mondial Relay, or by Colissimo to your destination or post office.
In Europe, you may choose between Chronopost or DHL express
In Switzerland, you may choose between Colissimo SOINET or Chronopost Express.
In the rest of the world, you will be delivered by a reliable, recognized regional carrier.
Shipping costs vary depending on your delivery destination. The following costs are for indicative purposes:
In mainland France:
- Mondial Relay: Free shipping
- Colissimo to destination: 6,99 €
- Chronopost Saturday: 14,99 €
For all other destinations, please create a customer account and register your shipping address for the exact shipping costs to be displayed in your cart.
For international shipping, outside Europe, shipping costs include administrative and customs Export clearance costs.
In fact, you won't need to pay the French VAT, but you will need to pay the customs duty and VAT of your own country upon reception of the merchandise, determined by the customs authorities that authorize the free flow of goods in Switzerland.
The shipping address communicated to the carrier is considered final.
A change of address is possible but the extra charges incurred will be billed to the customer.
In fact, changing the shipping address genrally means changing the carrier and therefore additional management fees. These fees charged to the carrier will be billed to you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
