Choosing the right fasteners for your home net
LOFTNETS offers a variety of home net fasteners for installing and keeping your horizontal net or guardrail in place.
Depending on how and where you will use your net, some systems will be more or less appropriate. All are highly resistant and their primarily stainless-steel construction means humidity, corrosion and frost pose no risk. Very specific materials such as metal and concrete may require special or additional accessories, such as wall plugs for concrete.
Eye screws, eye bolts and eye plates are designed for indoor and outdoor use and can be used to ensure efficient protection when hanging a horizontal home net, guardrail or sunbed.
As the number of home net fasteners required can vary greatly from one case to the next, they are available to purchase from our site by the unit. After entering the dimensions of your structure in our online configurator tool, the number of fasteners you need will be calculated automatically.

The right fasteners for your structure
If you are using a metal structure, we recommend eye bolts, which are perfect for solid anchoring in metal (requires access behind the structure to bolt and tighten the screw).
You can also opt for our fixing shackle if you have an IPE or IPN structure. You will need to drill into the small upper part and insert our shackles every 12 cm.
For softer materials like wood, eye screws are ideal. They are easy to screw into a pre-drilled hole in the frame.
Some of our models, such as our eye plates, are available with or without screws, if you already have the screws you need. This system is easy to install and remove with a drill. It is also very discrete and will give your structure a stylish finish. We also propose the blocker eye plate, especially designed for point-by-point lacing.
For concrete structures, our eye screws are a great way to fasten your home net using our special concrete wall plugs.

Accessories to make installation easier
All our fastener systems for indoor and outdoor home nets are very robust as they are made either from A4 stainless steel. This ensures your net will stay perfectly in place every day, even when exposed to strong sunshine, storms or seawater!
If you choose a horizontal net with criss cross lacing, to help maximize the life of your net, you can add lacing shackles to connect the rope and bolt rope to reduce friction and make tightening the net easier.
When combined with wall plugs, our eye screws can be used with very compact materials such as concrete.
