LOFTNETS guarantees the confidentiality of your personal data through a series of procedures that comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1 - Principle of processing
In accordance with current legislation, Planète Air - LOFTNETS undertakes to protect your privacy by ensuring the protection, confidentiality, non-alteration, availability and security of the personal data you provide through the following commitments:
- Transparency: we will keep you informed of the purpose and the destination of the collected information
- Relevance: we will collect and use only the information necessary for the purpose our interactions
- Privacy: we will put in place all reasonable technical and organisational measures for the protection of your personal data against disclosure, loss, alteration or unauthorised third-party access
- Retention period: we keep your personal data only as long as it is necessary to complete the specific interaction or service
- Right to access your data: we allow you to access, modify and correct your personal data directly via your customer account. You can exercise your right to deletion by simply calling our customer service department on +33 (0)5 35 54 35 00 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm French hour) or by writing to us at contact@loftnets.com
2 - Use of your personal data
2.1 When is your personal data collected?
Your personal data can be collected in the following situations:
- during the creation of your account on our website https://www.loftnets.com/en/
- during a visit to our online services, via cookies
- throughout the sales process
- via a purchase on our website and whilst using our services
2.2 What kind of data is collected?
Declared personal data that you provide us in the context of our commercial relationship, for example during:
- the creation of your customer account
- processing of your orders
- following up and processing of your order
- exchanges with our sales team
- participation in contests or promotional events
This data is collected by means of forms, whether dematerialized on our websites, on paper or in response to questions asked by our customer service department, for example.
Mandatory data is indicated by a red asterisk (*) on the data collection medium.
To benefit from our services, it is necessary to collect your surname, first name, postal address, e-mail address, landline or mobile telephone number and possibly your date of birth (not mandatory).
This information comes from your use or purchase of our products and services as part of our commercial relationship.
On this site we collect:
- information regarding the amount and nature of your purchases
- your orders, invoices and follow-up
- your customer experience on our online service
Exclusion of certain categories of personal data:
In accordance with the law, we do not collect any category of personal data that would reveal racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership, personal genetic data, biometric personal data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, personal data relating to health or personal data concerning the sex life or sexual orientation of a person.
These categories of personal data are never collected or processed by Planète Air - LOFTNETS.
2.3 How do we use your data?
We use your data in accordance with the terms of this Policy, the General Sales Terms and Conditions or use of our products and services, in a way that always respects the transparency and insuring the security of your data.
Examples of use:
- when you have consented to one or more specific purposes by means of a written statement, including by electronic means, or an oral telephone statement
- when they are necessary for the execution of a sales contract, general sales terms or use or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request
- for the respect of the legal or regulatory obligations of Planète Air - LOFTNETS (for example the guarantee, the invoicing, anti-fraud measures)
- when the legitimate interests of Planète Air or a third party may give reason to justify treatment by Planète Air - LOFTNETS of your personal data (example: insurance)
These interventions are implemented considering your interests and your fundamental rights as a client. As such, they are accompanied by guarantees and safeguards to protect your interests and rights, while balancing the legitimate and relevant interests we pursue.
2.4 Why do we collect your data?
- To manage our commercial relationships with our clients
- To offer our services, process your purchases and orders, deliver products and services
- For communications about your orders, your invoices, the products, the services and promotional offers
- To maintain and update our customer files
- To provide information and explanations concerning our relationship, notably through our sales department
- To offer customized services thanks to data analysis
- To improve your customer experience through better knowledge of our customers
- To suggest innovative services and products or complementary or promotional offers in a marketing context, or to display relevant and targeted advertising based on past behavior or any other useful information, when you have not objected to this

- For technical purposes (e.g. to access your customer account, to store your personal data so that you do not have to re-enter it during your visit or on future visits to the site)
2.5 What analyses are carried out on your data?
We analyze the data we collect for marketing purposes.
This data is transformed into detailed pseudonymized profiles for use by our commercial partners in order to:
- carry out online advertising campaigns targeted to customers' areas of interest
- provide our customers with promotional offers that correspond to their consumption habits
If you do not wish to benefit from advertising targeted to your interests, you can request this in your customer account, in the “Personal data” section.
About personalized advertising:
We work with advertising partners to offer you increasingly useful and interesting advertising content. For example, we use the information our partners provide us. This enables us to offer you more relevant advertising
2.6 Who receives your personal data?
We ensure that only authorized persons have access to your personal data when this is necessary for the performance of our commercial relationship.
Our service providers may also receive personal data that is strictly necessary to carry out the services we have entrusted to them (e.g. delivery address).
Certain personal data may also be sent to third parties to meet legal, regulatory or contractual obligations, or to legally authorized authorities.
2.7 Where is your personal data stored?
Data is stored in compliance with French legislation and European regulations.
We may share personal data with other companies in order to implement the services you have contracted or subscribed to (e.g. home delivery, collection point, product availability alert)
Operations with a service provider who receives your data are subject to a contract to ensure that your data is protected and that your privacy is respected.
2.8 How long is your personal data kept?
Data retention periods comply with CNIL recommendations and/or legal obligations:
- Customer account data: 3 years after the last customer contact
- Loyalty program data: 3 years after last customer contact
- Site connection data: 6 months to 1 year
- Purchase/invoice data: 5 years
- Prospect data: 3 years after last contact
2.9 Cookies management
When you visit an Internet site, Planète Air may, subject to your choices, place a text file called a “cookie” on your computer using your browser. For the duration of the cookie's validity or recording period, it will enable us to identify your computer on future visits. Partners, service providers and third-party companies may also, subject to your choices, place cookies on your computer.

These audience measurement and statistical cookies enable us to compile statistics and traffic volumes (counting the number of Internet users browsing our site) and the use of the various elements making up our site (sections and content visited, paths taken). 4 - Our data security measures
4.1 Our security and confidentiality commitments
Respecting your right to protection, security and confidentiality of your personal data is our priority.
Planète Air - LOFTNETS undertakes to implement organizational and technical security measures adapted to the degree of sensitivity of personal data to protect them against any malicious intrusion, loss, alteration or disclosure to unauthorized third parties.
During the development, design, selection and use of our services, which are based on the processing of personal data, Planète Air - LOFTNETS takes into account the right to the protection of personal data from the outset.
For example, we pseudonymize or anonymize personal data whenever possible or necessary.
As all personal data is confidential, access to it is limited to employees of Planète Air - LOFTNETS, or service providers acting on behalf of our company, who require it in the performance of their duties. All persons having access to your data are bound by a duty of confidentiality and may be subject to disciplinary measures and/or other sanctions if they fail to comply with these obligations.
Operations with third-party recipients are subject to a contract to ensure that your personal data is protected and that your rights are respected.
We are fully committed to protecting the personal data you entrust to us. As part of our ongoing concern for security and protection, we encourage you to exercise caution to prevent unauthorized access to your personal data, and to protect your terminals (computer, smartphone, tablet) against unwanted or even malicious access with a strong password, which we recommend you change regularly.
