You’ve completed the online form and received an email containing your quote and a payment link. If you are happy with your quote, simply confirm your order via the payment link.
4 steps before receiving your net

Order confirmation
Once your order has been approved, you will receive the installation manual for your net by email. At this point, our team will take over and launch the production process for your net based on the information you entered in our online configurator tool.

Project verifications
As our nets are custom-made, each project is unique. That is why our technicians check every quote. They will get in contact with you if they need any additional information to fulfil your request.
If you have ordered a cut-out or complex shape, we will send you an email requesting approval of the plan before launching manufacture.

Manufacture
These plans will then be added to our manufacturing schedule and transferred to our workshop, where your net will be designed and shipped.

Shipping
You will receive an email notification when your net has been shipped. Average manufacturing and shipping times are between two and three weeks following confirmation of your order (excluding school holidays and public holidays).
