Shipping times, zones, modes and costs, change of delivery address: find all information needed about our products delivery.
Delivery times
Design and manufacturing lead times may vary according to the product ordered and the time of year. The usual lead time is 2 to 3 weeks for our nets and 3 to 4 weeks for our technical canvases (excluding summer season and Christmas holidays). These times are indicative and non-contractual.
If your order does not include a custom-made item, it will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours (working days). Once your order has shipped, you may track it with your customer account on our website.
As a general rule, delivery times in France are 2 to 3 days, depending on the carrier chosen at the time of your order and your destination country.
The delivery time is a maximum of 10 days and refers to working days (Mainland France).
In the event of a foreseeable extension of the delivery time, Planète Air EURL - LOFTNETS undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and by any means so that the customer may choose to maintain or cancel all or part of the order.
Under no circumstances may delivery delays result in the payment of damages to the customer or the customer's service providers.

By creating a customer account on our website, the shipping fees are calculated according to your delivery address.
Deliveries in French Overseas Departments and Territories, and outside EU:
Orders to be delivered in a French Overseas Department or Territory or outside EU are invoiced exclusive of taxes, customs duties and VAT.
At the time of the delivery, local tax and customs authorities will require:
- Applicable VAT amount,
- Dock dues or customs duties (at local authorities' discretion),
- Customs inspection fees.
These costs are to be paid by the customer, unless otherwise agreed at the time of order.
Shipping modes and costs for a custom-made net
Your order will be delivered according to the delivery methods below. Please note that delivery charges vary according to the delivery address. They are given on this page for information only.
Mainland France, Corsica and French coastal islands
- Mondial Relay delivery: free delivery for all parcels over 1 kg
- home delivery with DPD : from 4,99 €
- express delivery with Chronopost : 24,99 € (for parcels over 25 kg, Chronopost home delivery will be available)
European Union
- home delivery with Chronopost (19,99 €) or DHL Express/ECO
We invite you to create a customer account and register your address to see the exact delivery cost for your order.
International delivery outside European Union
- home delivery by a reliable local carrier in your country
The delivery charges does not include the administrative costs of export customs clearance. French VAT is not applied to the order, but the customs duties and VAT of your country will be charged upon receipt of the goods, as determined by the customs authorities.
Switzerland and the UK
- home delivery with Colissimo or DHL Express/ECO
For orders of accessories only (not delivered with a custom-made net), a contribution to shipping costs is added to the order and calculated according to the weight of the parcel.
Change of delivery address
The shipping address communicated to the carrier is considered final.
A change of address will be possible if it is made quickly and the order has not yet been prepared or given to the carrier.
Changing the shipping address genrally means changing the carrier and therefore additional management fees. These fees charged to the carrier will be billed to you. Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Please remember that an address change may delay your delivery by 2 to 3 working days.
