Repairing your home or catamaran net

No matter how well you look after your home net once it has been installed, it is still possible for a mesh to be broken by a sharp instrument or accident. LOFTNETS can help you to find the right solution.

If a mesh breaks, it is essential to contact our customer service team to find out exactly what steps should be taken. Depending on the exact details, we can send you a repair kit with a replacement thread ("gasket").

This solution can be used for a maximum of four meshes in a single home net. If more meshes break, which would be extremely rare, you will need to return your net to us.

Any other defects will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our team to find out what to do next.

IMPORTANT :

LOFTNETS catamaran trampolines and home nets come with a two-year warranty. As our nets are custom-made, each situation will be assessed on a case-by-case basis, even during the period covered by the warranty.

This is why we ask customers to get in contact as soon as they notice a defect so we can find the best solution together.
