Black mezzanine net in an attic bedroom
A popular choice among architects for renovation projects, the loft net is ideal for optimizing under-roof areas. In this former worker’s house, the mezzanine net has been installed near the bed in the attic bedroom, creating a new relaxation area while preserving the room’s open cathedral volume.
Stainless-steel fixings on plates were installed every 15 cm on a wooden frame repainted in black, supporting the 45 mm black mesh net.
The wide mesh allows natural light from the roof windows to flow freely down to the ground floor, maintaining brightness throughout the home.
