For this reason, LOFTNETS’ team includes a collection of trained, experienced technical advisers, on hand to oversee every type of catamaran trampoline and home net project.

You have almost certainly been thinking about the project for your net for months. Your satisfaction is our number one objective, as it ensures all your expectations have been met.
Our design process includes modelling of a custom-made plan before your net’s production, which is either completed independently by our team for a simple project (square or rectangular nets, without cut-outs) or with your approval for more complex projects (trapeziums, nets with cut-outs, shapes with more than four sides, etc.).
When designing your net, all these characteristics are taken into consideration. This enables us to produce a net that exactly matches the design plan. As with any custom-made project, we offer an alterations service at our Bordeaux workshop, where any necessary post-production changes can be made to your net. Contact our team, who will be able to advise you on which alterations need to be made.
Commitment 5: Fast and easy international delivery
In 2022, LOFTNETS internalized its parcel preparation and shipping processes to ensure faster and simpler delivery of your net. This enables LOFTNETS to ship its nets anywhere in the world, using a range of shipping companies accessible to all customers.
Shipping times for nets vary depending on the type of product ordered and the time of year. Shipping may take longer during the summer holidays and festive season.
Nets take an average 15 working days to manufacture, although these estimates are provided for guideline purposes only. Once your net has been manufactured and prepared at our workshop, it will be transferred to the shipping company within 24 hours.
LOFTNETS undertakes to deliver your net anywhere in the world and offers tracking from start to finish, to ensure complete control of the production process.

LOFTNETS promises to always protect your data on our website, first through the strict application of our GDPR policy for the secure processing of your data, and secondly through optimum encryption of the data shared with our partners.

3-D Secure (also known as "Verified by Visa", "Visa Secure", "Mastercard SecureCode" or "Mastercard Identify check") is a system for authenticating payments that helps increase security when making online purchases. When making a payment, your bank verifies the cardholder’s identity before approving the transaction. This service is offered free of charge by your bank for payments made with Carte Bleue, Visa and Mastercard.

Starting its journey in the world of sailing, LOFTNETS learned its trade by making catamaran trampolines and has been committed to protecting the environment since its creation.
With ecology in mind, the LOFTNETS team have found a solution to help move the world forward. In 2021, we set up what we believe is the best way to optimize the fabric offcuts linked to production of our home nets.
Forever a pioneer in its field, LOFTNETS doesn’t just recycle, we upcycle! Upcycling is a procedure that takes used products and items and gives them a new, longer life.
LOFTNETS now does its bit for the planet every day by making net bags from the fabric offcuts created when producing its catamaran trampolines and home nets. Made from catamaran net mesh, these sacks are ultra robust and great for carrying very heavy loads, making them super long-lasting.
