On October 6, viewers discovered how he turned a narrow, dilapidated Alsatian house into a bright and inviting living space — combining traditional charm with the latest modern interior design and innovative home renovation techniques.

Transforming Space with Light and Loft Nets

From the very first step inside, the renovation impresses with a breathtaking vertical perspective that opens up all the way to the wood-clad attic, creating a stunning cathedral-style effect.
To make the most of the sloped ceiling space while preserving volume and natural light from the skylight, MisterWalt had a brilliant idea: he called on LOFTNETS to install a horizontal mezzanine net.
The result is a cozy and poetic relaxation area beneath the roof window — perfect for reading, daydreaming, or stargazing.

For the installation, MisterWalt chose our point-by-point lacing system, using stainless steel eyelets fixed into the wooden structure every 15 cm.
