In-house management over the entire manufacturing and delivery process
To ensure maximum satisfaction, we are now in complete control of the entire production process. From manufacture to shipping, everything is managed from our workshop in Bordeaux. This enables us to ensure our nets are sent within the scheduled time frames.
Handling logistics internally enables us to oversee delivery and contact shipping companies directly if any problems arise. This direct contact is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction in every country in the world.
This internal management also allows us to fulfil special requests and urgent orders. We can adapt our manufacturing and delivery schedule to handle all types of order. In some cases, we can even produce and deliver a net in just a few business days.
Home net and catamaran trampoline delivery in France
In France, we have several shipping options to meet your different needs, depending on availability, urgency and costs.
- Mondial Relay : customers can use to pick up their order from their nearest collection point. The benefit of this delivery method is that it is free of charge and gives both parties complete freedom.
- DPD: DPD enables customers to change the date of delivery to their home according to their availability.
- Chronopost which enables you to receive your order the day after it is sent from our workshop.
International home net and catamaran trampoline delivery
Whether you live in Portugal, New Zealand or are anchored at any other port in the world, we also provide international delivery. Your net will be delivered by a trusted and reliable shipping company in your country in the shortest time possible. Our online tool enables us to calculate your shipping fees just by entering your address.
Outside France, you can choose from Colissimo, Chronopost and DHL Economy/Express.
LOFTNETS sends several thousand orders every year to 120 countries in the world.
Delivery of home net fasteners and tension ropes
If you only order LOFTNETS fasteners or tension ropes, these products are packaged in our Bordeaux workshop, in the same place we make our custom-made nets! These elements are sold individually or by linear metre and will be prepared and shipped 24-48 hrs (excluding weekends) after orders are placed and sometimes even the same day (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Let our teams help you track your order
Once your order has been transferred to the shipping company, you will find the tracking number for your delivery in your user space. You will be notified by email after every step (order preparation and shipping).
