The LOFTNETS workshop manufactures its nets in the Port of Bordeaux, close to the city’s ships. Over time, this historic port city that has developed into a key trading post, and it is here in this nautical setting that our nets are produced every day. Manufacturing steps

Modeling of technical plans

Our team will study your project and create a model for your approval to establish the cut plan, the starting point for designing your net. This plan of course looks at the strain placed on the net’s hanging points.
Selection and inspection of raw materials

Our experts will choose the parts of our net cloths best adapted to your project to ensure your net’s high quality. One of LOFTNETS’ commitments is to optimize its material offcuts, which are reused to create upcycled bags.
Made-to-measure cuts

LOFTNETS specializes in custom-made projects. The heart of its expertise lies in our ability to make sometimes very complex cuts that perfectly fit your empty spaces.
Net finish

The last step is to strengthen the edges of the net with either single or double bolt ropes for a robust, durable and aesthetic finish. The mesh’s stretch and the net’s resistance are then check based on the intended use for the net.
