On receipt of your order, you'll find in your parcel a guide to help you install the net, with maintenance tips.
LOFTNETS designs and manufactures custom-made nets of all shapes and sizes in its workshop near the port of Bordeaux. To help you install your net, we've created a small guide that comes with your net, to give you maximum clarity in setting up your new relaxing area. Because LOFTNETS delivers its nets worldwide, you'll receive this guide in French, English, German or Spanish.
Tips for installing your net
In your parcel, you'll find a guide to the different net shapes. Our nets are systematically delivered with red and green markers to help you easily visualize the direction and shape of your net. Don't worry if your net has a more complex cut or shape (five-sided, for example), our guide will also tell you which way to install it.
You can then proceed with installation using our manual, which has been validated by an independent inspection body. You'll find details of the various assembly stages, as well as several diagrams. You can also visit our YouTube page, where you'll find our installation tutorial videos.
Maintenance tips
On the front of the guide, we'd like to give you a few tips on how to care your custom-made net. We know our nets and how they behave.
In the event of an isolated stain, you can simply use a sponge and a little soapy water, rubbing as required. Our meshes are very strong - they're the same as those used on catamarans, so they're not fragile. You can also machine-wash it on cold or even 30°, no more than once a year, without spinning or ironing to avoid damaging the mesh.
